I enjoy working with customers on custom orders. Please send me a private message including your email in order for me to send a worksheet. Payment of custom orders is required when an agreement on the design has been reached.

Sizing is listed in the description of each individual item. Pictures are taken on a 30 x 40 inch board.

Wreath is packaged carefully and secured in place in the box with zip ties that need to be cut from the outside of the box before removing. Ribbons and Bows will need to be fluffed as needed. The form is waterproof and durable. The ribbons will fade in direct sunlight after a period of time.

Items are package in a durable cardboard box and secure with zip ties to prevent shifting during shipment. The zip ties can be clipped from the outside of the box before removing the wreath.

Yes. The wreaths are created in a smoke and pet free environment. ALL supplies are stored and kept in a smoke and pet free environment.

The wreaths are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box and are secured in place with zip ties to prevent shifting during shipment. The product is shipped UPS, FedEx, or USPS complete with tracking information. The shipping can be expensive due to the size of the box. I want the wreath to look beautiful when you open the box. I never squish a wreath into a smaller box to save on cost.

The shop does not accept returns. However, if you have any issues or problems please contact me and we will work through an acceptable solution together.

Local pickup is available in the area of Dresden, TN. Contact me to complete local pickup and I will reserve the item for you.  Pickup will be at a public location in Dresden, TN or Martin, TN. Pickup location and date will be agreed upon by both seller and buyer.
